Dr. Zach Sikora is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and phobias. Dr. Sikora trained under Dr. Patrick McGrath at the Center for Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital. While there, he received extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults struggling with the spectrum of anxiety disorders using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including exposure Exposure Therapies. Dr. Sikora wrote his doctoral dissertation on the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In addition to his experience treating the spectrum of anxiety disorders, Dr. Sikora also worked in the community mental health, inpatient, and university counseling center settings treating a variety of psychological issues. He received his Doctoral and Master's Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, Illinois. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
